We're looking for experienced, motivated, self-starters to work on a new exclusive government program that will allow select candidates to get in front of business owners on a grand scale. Within the next 30-45 days, we will be hiring candidates across the state of Washington and Oregon.
There will be no cold calling, as we are working with pre-qualified clients referred by the government program. Chosen candidates will receive:

Job Description
At Freedom Equity Group, we are looking for independent agents who are driven to succeed, entrepreneurial, confident, sales oriented, committed to providing top quality products, and dedicated to protecting your clients dreams.
You must also have solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, as well as a strong work ethic. You must have a great attitude and always take responsibility for your personal results. It is important that you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish a rapport with potential clients.
Becoming an Agent requires obtaining your insurance license in Life and Health, completing any required CE credits, acquiring E&O coverage, undergoing a background check, and interviewing with senior leaders within our Company.
Specific qualifications for the position include the following:
This is a licensed position. A current life and health insurance license is required (or ability to obtain one).
Valid drivers license.
Ability and desire to learn and be coached.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and strong credit score is required.
Customer service experience and sales background (particularly commission-based sales) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.

Job Duties
You'll be offering high quality annuities, life insurance, and other products for insurance and retirement planning needs. You'll also:
Educate clients and business owners on features and benefits of available annuities and insurance products and services.
Participate in ongoing insurance training and ensure compliance to all state rules and regulations for insurance and telemarketing.
Maintain broad knowledge of products, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, and formal training.
Develop professional skills and knowledge.
Comply with all insurance regulatory standards.
This is a commission-only position, but includes training reimbursement, bonuses, and product renewals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
