Sales Manager (East Coast)

This position is in the Printing Papers Business which is a division of Cellulose Fibers. This position is responsible for sales and some technical service to accounts on the East Coast of the U.S. and some International locations. While this position will be located close to markets on the East Coast, extensive travel will be required. Travel will be within the East Coast region, visits to the primary Sales and Manufacturing West Coast location, and some International travel.
Key Functions:
Responsible for assigned customers and regional business development, ensuring proper emphasis, resources and long term continuity with customer base. Provide leadership in implementing end-user focus sales strategy and positioning with target customers. Provide leadership and role model in relationship selling. Manage customer satisfaction and perceptions against objectives, and implement improvements. Understand mill business and manufacturing processes and customer business and manufacturing processes. Resolve paper performance problems and service issues. Demonstrate safe practices in the field and in the mill. Monitor and communicate trends in market conditions, assess implications and recommend changes. Participate closely with other sales team members and on NORPAC's Marketing Team in developing, communicating & executing strategies and marketing programs.

Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in technical or business field and/or relevant experience
Minimum of 10 years pulp/paper sales experience
Must be able to adapt to diverse cultures
Exceptional customer orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team-based skills
Desired Qualifications:
Successful experience in relationship selling
5 years selling/marketing experience with UCGW or UCFS products
International sales experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
