The largest staffing company in Cowlitz County is seeking a Recruiter to take on a challenging career in our industry. We will only consider individuals who are driven leaders that are energized by working in an extremely busy office/sales environment. Essential attributes you must possess to be successful in this role are: A passion to help people, an inherent desire to learn and grow daily, easily led by example, confidence in your abilities, must not be afraid of picking up the phone and selling, and a strong sense of accountability.

We work in an extremely fast paced environment with lots of multi-tasking.

A typical day will include, but not limited to ;
o Placing sales calls to prospects and clients
o Recruiting individuals through a variety of sources for a variety of position ranging from entry level to executive level.
o Interviewing individuals & making hiring decisions in regards to place out on assignment
o Contacting individuals about current employment opportunities
o Turning all daily tasks into sales activity that may be in the form of cold calling and telemarketing as well as face to face.
o Administrative tasks involved in tracking and documentation of applicants & employees.
o Consulting clients and employees on a daily basis utilizing Human Resource skills and employment laws.

The successful candidate(s) must possess the following :
o Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as needed to help people succeed.
o High degree of accountability
o Exceptional customer service and professionalism along with demonstrated communication skills.
o Strong computer skills/type 50-60 words per minutes
o Outlook and internet proficiency
o Compassion and understanding
o Strong eye for detail
o Ability to work with a sense of urgency in all tasks
o Have a desire to grow your compensation based on your activity of gaining new business.

Desired Experience :
o Degree in Human Resources or PHR certification preferred but not required
o Some sales or out-bound Customer Service experience
o Outstanding employment history

Compensation:
Base salary of $27,000 -- $38,000 annually DOE
Monthly commissions from $100-$2000
based on personal and office performance
Quarterly profit share ranging from $100.00-$7000.00+
Excellent benefit package

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
